We cater in two tray sizes, so you can build a spread that fits the room rather than guessing.
- Large tray — 19.5" × 11.5". Serves roughly 12–15 people as a main.
- Small tray — 10.5" × 6". Serves roughly 6–8 people as a main.
A good rule of thumb: one rice tray and two kabob trays per twenty guests, plus a Burani or Bolani tray for the vegetarians at the table.
How it works
- 1Tell us about your event using the form below — date, headcount and anything you already have in mind.
- 2We send you a quote within one business day, with a suggested spread if you would like one.
- 3We cook and deliver. Everything arrives hot, labelled, and ready to serve.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice on catering orders, and a little more for events over 50 people. For anything large or unusual, call us directly — it is faster than email.
